What You’ll Lead & Deliver
End‑to‑End Tech Hiring
- Own the hiring strategy across engineering, product, data, cloud, cybersecurity, infosec and IT.
- Build scalable tech hiring frameworks for both volume and high‑complexity searches.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and ATS workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to prioritize critical roles and shape workforce plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, market intelligence, and hiring feasibility.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices, applying insights to hiring strategies.
Intelligent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Develop bold sourcing strategies across digital channels, communities, networks, and proactive market research.
- Build strong pipelines — not just for today, but for future growth needs.
Deep Technical Assessment & Screening
- Conduct behavioral, leadership, and technical evaluations to ensure best‑fit hiring.
Lead, Coach & Inspire a High‑Performing Team
- Mentor recruiters across India GDC, enhancing capability, collaboration, and operational excellence — consistent with responsibilities outlined in global recruitment delivery roles.
AI Adoption & Change Leadership
- Embed AI‑enabled tools, insights, and workflows into daily recruiting operations.
- Drive change management and champion innovation in our tech‑powered hiring model.
Data‑Driven Execution
- Track hiring performance using dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
- Use insights to find efficiencies, reduce time‑to‑hire, and enhance quality of hire.
Candidate Experience Ownership
- Deliver a seamless, respectful, and engaging journey from first touchpoint to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to onboarding.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Experienced recruiter with minimum 10 plus years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and proven record of managing high performing team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills
Good Analytical skills
Qualification
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
