Further information for candidates applying from New York City:
To facilitate our interview process and increase our level of engagement with candidates, WTW performs video interviews of candidates using video interview software provided by our service provider, HireVue. Residents of New York City will have 14 days to complete their HireVue assessment. WTW will collect the following categories of personal information through the HireVue platform:
(i) Candidate full name;
(ii) Candidate contact information, such as email address or phone number;
(iii) A recording of candidate’s video interview(s);
(iv) Assessment data, including candidate responses to interview questions, gameplay behavior and answers, and interview performance data.
Effective September 2nd, 2022, competencies that will be assessed will include but are not limited to: Motivation; Communication; Dependability, Relationship Building; Adaptability; Drive for Results and Initiative; Willingness to Learn; Problem Solving; Data Analysis and Cognitive Ability. For interview-based competencies, the data is the transcribed text of the candidate’s verbal response to an interview question. For game-based competencies, the data is candidate inputs in the games (i.e., the answers they select or type in). The source of the data is the candidate’s responses.
