Description
The Role
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services teams and shared service centers.
- Work closely with the Operations team, providing specialist technical advisory support to ensure alignment between policies and procedures, including support with compliance matters
- Compile and verify data from various sources, including reinsurance policies, proposals, and software tools
- Monitor, review, and report on billing and accounting information, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
- Analyze, clarify, and resolve queries from internal and external clients, applying established policies and exercising discretion within authority limits.
- Maintain regular interaction with cedents, reinsurers, and third parties, to understand their needs and provide timely support regarding operational, administrative, and technical matters.
- Support brokers with the preparation of endorsements, follow-up on subjectivities, and updates to internal and external systems.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Computer skills, including systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Basic knowledge in financial mathematics.
- Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer Service orientation.
- High level to teamwork.
- Strong critical analysis skills.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector, especially in technical areas or claims.
