Description
The Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) team helps shape workplace environments where WTW colleagues feel safe, supported, and able to perform at their best. As the Local RE&WS Facilities Services Manager for Belgium, you will manage day-to-day workplace services and coordinate key programs that enhance productivity, manage costs, mitigate risk, and reinforce our employer brand. Your scope covers the entire workplace experience — including office environment and maintenance, reception and meeting support, food services, print and mail operations, office equipment, health & safety, security, business continuity, and records management.
Qualifications
The requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, combined with around 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on workplace services and office environments (soft services), ideally within a client-focused, professional services setting;
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and French, enabling you to connect easily with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and locations;
- A proactive and positive mindset when it comes to change, with the ability to adapt and translate evolving business needs into practical solutions;
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for office visits, meetings, and team or project initiatives;
- A Prevention Advisor Level 3 certification;

Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to facilities operations in Belgium.
