  • Work-Life Balance – Mobile working? Flexible working hours? Or even a sabbatical? Absolutely. We decide together as a team when and where we work. At the same time, onsite team meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions remain an important part of our culture. For us, hybrid working is more than just a buzzword.

  • Financial Benefits – An attractive, performance-based compensation system, including a company pension plan, 30 days of annual leave plus additional special leave, continued salary payments during illness, and 5 additional employer-funded child sickness days.
