What will you do?

As a Junior Automation Developer, you will add value to the company by performing the following tasks:

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA/DPA processes using Power Automate or UiPath.
• Develop custom solutions on the Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power Automate, incorporating APIs).
• Work together with process specialists to assist in designing automated solutions for optimizing business workflows.
• Document business processes, user guides and bot instructions.
• Provide support to end-users and gather feedback to enhance automation solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skill set and stay updated with latest trends.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers in the team.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly driven individual with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

• Academic Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar fields.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, or Python.
• Attention to detail and an algorithmic and structured way of thinking.
• Previous RPA experience (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or Power Platform experience is a plus.
