Description

Shape the future of Global Benefits Management across the Nordics – building on a strong client portfolio, accelerating growth, raising our market profile and developing the next generation of Nordic GBM talent.

The Role

Lead WTW’s Nordic Global Benefits Management business within Integrated & Global Solutions. This high-impact role combines market leadership, business development, client management and people leadership across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. As a visible senior representative of WTW, you will build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and help multinational organisations turn global benefits strategies into action.

This is a market-facing growth role. You will originate, shape and convert significant GBM opportunities across the Nordic region while protecting and expanding WTW’s existing client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the market – Be a recognised voice for GBM across the Nordics and strengthen WTW’s profile with multinational employers, external advisers and internal stakeholders.

  • Accelerate growth – Build and convert a sustainable, multi-year Nordic pipeline, winning significant new GBM mandates and creating a stronger platform for long-term growth.

  • Lead priority pursuits and client relationships – Shape compelling value propositions, navigate complex commercial discussions and help teams convert major opportunities into long-term mandates. Act as executive sponsor for selected priority clients, protecting renewals, expanding relationships and maintaining continuity from the sales process through implementation and ongoing delivery.

  • Connect the best of WTW – Bring together capabilities and people from different parts of WTW to address complex client needs across the Nordics and beyond.

  • Ensure excellent delivery – Provide oversight across client engagements, helping teams deliver against agreed objectives, quality standards, budgets and timelines.

  • Grow our people – Coach and mentor Nordic GBM colleagues, strengthen commercial capability, support succession planning and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

About you
You are an established senior leader with deep knowledge of the Nordic market, a strong network and a proven record of delivering growth. Strategic and hands-on in equal measure, you build credibility quickly with C-suite executives, international benefits leaders and colleagues at every level.

Experience and capabilities

  • 10+ years’ experience advising multinational organisations on global or regional employee benefits programmes and related consulting services.
  • A strong record of winning complex engagements, meeting sales and utilisation goals, and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the Nordic market.
  • Demonstrated success managing major client relationships, leading cross-country teams and delivering multiple high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • A confident professional presence, with polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to diagnose issues and move them towards resolution.
  • The ability to see the bigger picture, connect capabilities across practices and turn data into clear insights and practical solutions.
  • A genuine commitment to coaching, training and mentoring colleagues.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, together with AI-enabled tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordic region and internationally as required.
  • International work or living experience and foreign-language skills are welcome but not essential.
