Description

At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital, helping organisations become more resilient and perform at their best. Through collaboration, innovation and a deep commitment to our clients' success, we help organisations turn complex challenges into opportunities.

Within our Risk & Broking business, we are transforming how the global insurance market operates by developing more efficient, connected and technology-enabled ways of placing and managing risk. Our focus is on improving efficiency, expanding access to markets and capital, leveraging data and insights and creating stronger connectivity across the broker-insurer value chain.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the successful launch and adoption of new products and technology across our internal colleagues and clients. Working across the full product lifecycle, you'll help prepare products for launch, support adoption, gather feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and user experience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to help deliver successful outcomes.

The Role

Product knowledge & launch readiness

  • Become a product expert, understanding how technical products work, how different user groups use them and where common challenges and opportunities arise.
  • Lead product readiness activities, working with Product Managers and business users ahead to ensure successful product launches.
  • Create and maintain process guides, release notes and user-facing documentation.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting issues and contributing to feature prioritisation.
  • Build repeatable processes to support product releases across regions.

Adoption & delivery

  • Drive product adoption and support behaviour change across colleague groups.
  • Create and contribute to training materials, help articles and internal communications.
  • Monitor adoption, feedback and success metrics, using insights to identify barriers and support future product plans.

Feedback & continuous improvement

  • Collect, triage and route feedback to the appropriate product teams.
  • Build strong relationships across business stakeholders, acting as a key link between users and product teams.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and escalate risks, issues and blockers where required.

Support & operations

  • Maintain documentation, contribute to training materials and support resources as products evolve.
  • Contribute to release activities, change enablement and bug triage processes as required.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working within Product Operations, change management or a similar environment.
  • Results-oriented with a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Experience measuring adoption and translating colleague feedback into product insight.
  • Able to communicate issues, risks and potential resolutions clearly and constructively.
