The Role

Join us as a Senior Recruiter and own the end to end hiring journey—from smart sourcing and behavioral assessment to offer design. You’ll be the go to advisor for the business, turning market intelligence and hiring data into decisions that move the dial. With strong pipelines, clear SLAs and a candidate experience that reflects our EVP, you’ll help leaders hire faster and better while shaping our workforce for what’s next.

What makes this opportunity stand out:

  • Act as a trusted advisor — turn market trends, movements, and competitor insights into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Data-driven ways of working, with clear success metrics and transparent reporting.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools that streamline admin work so you can focus on high-impact recruitment.
  • Partner with a dedicated sourcing team to build and maintain pipelines for difficult or recurring roles.
  • Work closely with our Employer Branding team to shape compelling, market-specific EVP messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles.
  • Provide data-driven hiring insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Use hiring dashboards and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring outcomes.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, understanding their talent needs and aligning recruitment solutions.
  • Lead regular cadence meetings to discuss hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop workforce plans and improve recruitment readiness.
  • Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate profiles.

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and data accuracy across systems.
  • Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline updates, candidate conversion rates, etc.).
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices across the Recruitment function.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australia market trends, competitor talent strategies, and industry movements.
