“I serve as a Team Lead where I drive the design and delivery of scalable, secure and innovative solutions that support our clients and internal teams. What excites me most is working at the intersection of technology and business – solving complex problems that have real-world impact. I’m especially passionate about mentoring emerging talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.”

What inspired you to pursue a career in tech? And what keeps you motivated?

My curiosity for how things work and a love for problem-solving naturally drew me to technology. Early in my career, I was inspired by the potential of tech to transform industries and improve lives. What keeps me motivated is the ever-evolving nature of this field. There’s always something new to learn, a new challenge to tackle, and a new way to make a difference. Seeing the tangible impact of my work and helping others grow in their careers is incredibly fulfilling.

What emerging technology or tool are you most excited to work with and why?

I’m particularly excited about the advancements in AI and machine learning, especially their applications in predictive analytics and decision-support systems. These technologies are reshaping how we understand data and make strategic decisions. At WTW, leveraging AI to enhance development standards and timeline and client insights is a game-changer. I’m thrilled to be part of that journey.

What advice would you give to other women thinking about a tech career?

Don’t wait to feel “ready” – just start. Tech is a vast and dynamic field with room for every kind of thinker and problem-solver. Seek out mentors, stay curious and don’t be afraid to ask questions or take up space. Your perspective is valuable. And remember, success in tech isn’t just about coding – it’s about creativity, communication and resilience.

WTW is a great place to grow a technology career because you get to work on real, meaningful problems with smart, supportive people — and you’re encouraged to keep learning as the tech keeps moving. You’ll find room to build, experiment and take ownership, with plenty of opportunities to stretch your skills and shape the impact you want to have.
