Graduate Program Overview
The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational two-year-program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and diverse network. This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career.
GDP participants will be immersed in a 1-week-in-person orientation followed by a robust onboarding training learning about various functions within CRB. Our program is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while having the opportunity to deep dive within their respective business area.
Affinity Placement Overview
WTW Affinity & Programs is a global line of business which provides end-to-end Affinity insurance solutions for organizations whose core business is not insurance. Affinity is a B2B2C/B2B2B/B2C line of business, which means the insureds will be our clients’ end-customers. Our Affinity strategy places a focus on prospects that are global in nature, have multi-country clients, and have a mass volume customer base. The current target segments are travel insurance, franchise networks, vertical SaaS customers, commercial auto, warranty, AI insurance, and other embedded insurance offerings.
A role with Affinity is suited to individuals who have an interest in process engineering and automation across sales, broking, and account servicing functions. As a growing business unit, the Affinity team requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to being multi-disciplinary.
Affinity spans multiple industries and business models. Success in this role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, the ability to structure nuanced solutions, and a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:
Designing structured and scalable operating processes across the insurance value chain
Supporting the design, execution, launch, and expansion of Affinity programs
Designing (not coding) embedded insurance software requirements and customer purchase flows, including workflow mapping and user experience considerations
Supporting process automation initiatives, including sourcing, evaluating, and implementing AI-based tools to enhance quoting, underwriting intake, servicing, and reporting
Delivering customer-facing service and communication via phone and email to assist with application navigation, coverage clarification, and general servicing needs
Developing structured marketing and business development materials to clearly communicate complex insurance solutions
Supporting account teams in acquiring new clients by identifying prospects and maintaining engagement throughout the sales cycle
Collaborating across Affinity and WTW client delivery teams to build scalable servicing capabilities
Developing and nurturing relationships with WTW Broking, Sales, and Operational leadership, as well as building an external industry network
Staying informed on emerging market trends, AI developments, and industry innovations to enhance client solutions
Passing required state insurance licensing exams
Qualifications
Role Requirements.
Education and Qualifications:
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
Date of Graduation between May 2025 – May 2026
Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Mathematics
Competencies:
Strong automation and process design skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Comfortable engaging with customers and clients over the phone and via email
Ability to organize information and develop structured marketing materials
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture, managing a broad portfolio of prospect/client relationships
Compensation:
The hourly rate being offered for this role is $36.00hr – $38.00hr USD. This role is also eligible for overtime.
