Description
We at WTW are looking for a Implementation Lead (EMEA) to provide hands‑on technical leadership and delivery expertise supporting our Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT) business. This role partners closely with consultancy teams, Enterprise IT, and global operations to design, build, automate, and transition secure, resilient Azure environments that enable successful client delivery across the region.
This role will primarily focus on providing technical capability to the ICT Consultancy business on their technology and related IT requirements to execute client proposals and projects. There may be direct support to key client projects as required, providing a link between Consultancy teams and Enterprise IT and / or ICT’s Technology Product and Support teams.
The Role:
- Understanding of WTW applications, solutions and services that are utilised by ICT Consultancy
- Understanding of non WTW applications and solutions that are utilised by ICT Consultancy
- Building out Azure infrastructure for internal environments within EMEA as part of operational acceptance
- Utilising an “automation first” perspective to ensure that any provisioning/deployment is repeatable and consistent
- Act as key liaison with our CTS Operations Team (in Manila), ICT Technology Product and Support teams on behalf of ICT Consultancy for the region
- Planning out and scheduling implementation activities to ensure ICT Consultancy deadlines are met
- Working with the ICT Consulting teams to ensure that any development is in compliance with Corporate IT policies
- Guidance and coordination with the CTS Operations team (in Manila), including training, instruction on infrastructure build and peer review
- Working with wider CTS & ICT Technology teams to ensure that the appropriate operational tools and requirements are included, e.g. monitoring solutions, high availability services
- Perform infrastructure and solution testing, including performance benchmarking, end-to-end testing, disaster recovery, etc.
- Hand over to the CTS Operations team for BAU
- Produce detailed, high quality documentation of the delivered work
- Be a key escalation point in the event of Security and Incident Management in relation to ICT Consultancy environments. This may require activities outside of typical working hours.
- Escalation point for ICT Technology support cases that revolve around, or are dependent on the deployment of the ICT Consultancy environments by CTS
- Work within boundaries set by ICT and Corporate IT policies and processes, for example Azure Governance
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Proven successful track record of implementation of Azure production environments. Ideally qualified in AZ-103 or equivalent and AZ-300 and / or AZ-400 desirable
Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled solutions to end users, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI principles and the effective adoption of fit-for-purpose tools and models within an enterprise

Several skills suited to delivering our production services, including:
Active Directory, EntraID, Group Policy
Strong exposure to automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Puppet, Terraform)
Good understanding of provisioning and configuration systems – DSC, ARM
Python, PowerShell, CLI, JSON
SQL, SQL Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks
IIS (Internet Information Services)
Windows Operating System (Windows 10, Windows 11)
Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
Exposure to Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms
Experience in working in teams operating 24x7 critical services
Experience working in a globally diverse team with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work independently or part of an extended team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Success with working with senior external stakeholders
High attention to detail and testing execution
Proactive drive to learn new technologies
Ability to navigate the internal workings of a global organisation to ensure delivery where not all functions report directly under their control
Successful evidence of working with client requirements for implementation projects
Minimum 3 years with implementation of infrastructure and 1 year with automation deployment
