Period deep-dive testing into manual calculations to validate accuracy of manual work, highlighting high-risk areas where appropriate.
Identify error trends, root causes and recurring issues.
Produce clear QA outputs with risk ratings and recommended actions. -
Scheme Administration Health Checks
Support annual scheme health checks covering calculation automation, procedure manuals and data quality.
Carry out targeted deep-dives to validate attestations and identify control gaps. -
Issue Management & Remediation
Liaise with team leaders, pensions specialists and administration managers to agree remediation actions and timelines.
Track progress and follow up on outstanding actions to closure.
Escalate persistent or material risks through agreed governance routes. -
Reporting & Governance
Produce clear monthly reporting on control outcomes, findings and themes.
Contribute to quarterly and annual governance reporting as required. -
Documentation & Evidence Management
