    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to manage project delivery and drive client satisfaction and retention by providing high-quality and value service. As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will work with some of the industry’s top colleagues and for leading global organizations, while developing cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills, as well as project and client management capabilities. 

    • Supporting the initiation and implementation of projects with assigned customers
    • Attend client meetings to establish client relationships and ensure a complete understanding of the projects.
    • Coordinate with the internal team and/or client to ensure client requirements are understood and deliverables are managed according to the agreed scope, quality, and time for assigned phases process
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager to create the survey project plan and other documentation in line with the agreed project methodology, ensuring they reflect realistic timescales and resource requirements, while also working closely with developers to ensure that project requirements and change requests are understood and adhere to standards
    • Responsible for system configuration based on client requirements
    • Train and help transition ongoing processing requirements to Client and Application Support teams.
    • Act as one of the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs 
    • Navigate and resolve complex project challenges, utilizing analytical and critical thinking to ensure project success
    • Maintain and update all requirements documents and communicate back to base team suggestions for changes or enhancements to standard documentation
    • Research issues and cases to determine root causes and provide impact analysis for ongoing issues and changes and requests for new functionality
    • Escalate any concerns regarding the ability to meet deadlines with the Project Manager
    • Apply all quality control procedures and ensure that high standards of quality are maintained
    • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    We are looking for a highly driven with solid interpersonal skills - a colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, is a plus
    • Previous experience in a project management/client service role
    • Good English written and spoken communication 
    • Experience in working in a global environment, managing projects and client relationships with little oversight
    • Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral and written skills with an ability to work on client-facing projects
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
    • Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
    • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects while working to defined deadlines is essential
    • Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the bigger picture in business
