As a Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our clients to define the overall solution architecture and then implement our software products. As a key member of the client team from relationship management and sales through to implementation, this requires a combination of consulting experience, strong technology skills and the ability to manage a project to successful delivery. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work in shifts to cover 24×7 support for all our clients using our technology. You will be responsible for client co-ordination and management a variety of support tickets, resolving where possible or escalating to specialist resolver groups.
As an Incident Response Group Analyst, you will develop proficiency across all of the ICT products and be responsible for managing incidents that are handed over by the Service Desk throughout the incident lifecycle, working together with different teams to immediately resolve or close issues or incidents
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will develop proficiency and skill around certain ICT products or skillsets and be required to resolve more complex support tickets. As support subject matter experts, the role also includes education for support colleagues and working closer with engineering and product teams.

As a Cloud Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Azure SaaS and hosted services. Your tasks will include monitoring, servicing client requests, testing processes such as backup and disaster recovery, and change management. Wide skills in Azure will be developed.

You will be joining a highly skilled team in the Site Reliability and Response team, whose responsibility is to deliver and manage business critical services that are used 24×7 by our clients and colleagues around the world.

As a Client Services Coordinator you will work as a member of a global team of professionals that ensure our clients receive the highest quality of service in their dealings with us. Interacting with internal and external clients at all levels, you will be involved in a wide range of activities across the software sales processes, from pre-sales through to software licensing and invoicing queries.
As part of the team you should be comfortable working across multiple disciplines in a fast paced environment. You’ll need to be a team player able to organise and prioritise your own workload and working to regular deadlines.

As an Operations/Personal Assistant, you will be the “go to” person in the office. You will have an eye for detail and be able to juggle competing priorities on behalf of some of our busiest people. You will have great skills in MS Outlook and Excel and be a quick learner, mastering our internal systems and booking tools. No two days will be the same. You will be a people person and enjoy solving problems and finding solutions to a range of initiatives. You will be highly organized, monitoring and managing multiple tasks in a very demanding environment.
