Description

The Role

  • Support basic tasks related to: 
    • Reserving calculations.
    • Implementation and testing of actuarial software.
    • Statistical research.
  • Participate in training sessions on: 
    • Capital models and actuarial techniques.
    • Product and market strategies, including pricing and predictive modeling.
    • Analytical tools and programming (Excel, SQL, R, Python).
  • Collaborate with teams across Latin America and North America on guided projects.
  • Document processes and prepare reports under supervision.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Active student in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (final semesters).
  • Intermediate to advanced English (reading and communication).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred: familiarity with programming (SQL, VBA, R, or Python).
  • Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
