Description
The Role
- Welcome visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare, format, and print correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Monitor and respond to administrative emails and inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Monitor office supply requests and ensure adequate stock of stationery and office materials.
- Enter data and update administrative records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- High school diploma as a minimum requirement; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of email systems and general office software.
- Saudi National only
