Description

The Role

Provides organizational and human capital consulting support to business development activities and client projects/engagements delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develops proposals under the guidance of Project Manager.
  2. Participates in client meetings and discussions.
  3. Provides consulting support through analysis, conduct of research and materials preparations for business development and project engagements. 
  4. Coordinates with clients on project-related matters.

  1. Organization Structure Analysis, Review and Design
  2. Work Analysis – Job, Knowledge and Work Architecture
  3. Job Leveling

  6. Rewards Strategy Formulation/Employee Value Proposition 
  7. Total Rewards Review and Design
  8. Executive Compensation/Board Advisory
  9. Performance Management System
  10. Talent Assessment

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics
  • Interested in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
