The Role

Provides organizational and human capital consulting support to business development activities and client projects/engagements delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Develops proposals under the guidance of Project Manager.
Participates in client meetings and discussions.
Provides consulting support through analysis, conduct of research and materials preparations for business development and project engagements.
Coordinates with clients on project-related matters.

Qualifications

The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics
Interested in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits, talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality.
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
