About the team
The Data Management team is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely placement of insurance coverage through policy endorsements for joiners, leavers, life‑changing events, sum insured changes, and other census data updates throughout the year. Key activities include data mining, reconciliation, premium computation, endorsement verification, monitoring premium balances, and coordinating with insurers to enable seamless and accurate processing of census data.
The team works closely with client‑facing teams to understand plan requirements, Management Information System (MIS) reporting nuances, payroll inputs, and committed turnaround times (TATs). We maintain continuous engagement with insurers to improve operational efficiencies, achieve better timelines, and foster collaborative outcomes. Our endeavor is to deliver a seamless census management experience to clients with a strong focus on data quality and governance.
Role
Candidate will be working on data management by working on the daily updates and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) tracker including – Member addition/deletion & relevant updates.
Will be part of Premium Management taking care of Compute premium, Cash Deposit (CD) account, intimate client/insurer.
Will be managing the insurance Endorsement by Updating, tracking & following-up with insurers for relevant activities.
Managing various reports like prepare analysis, highlight trends, creating MIS dashboards & Data Reconciliation.
Qualifications
Graduate with Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in managing Management Information System (MIS)/data management portfolio.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-office and well versed with pivot with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
- Innovation and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose information insights to clients.
