Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join Credit Risk Solutions’ Financial Institutions Team as an experienced professional, working specifically within Team Trinity. In this position, the experienced professional will provide essential administrative and operational support to the team, helping with a range of tasks linked to key clients. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, internationally focused team while supporting its day to day activities and client servicing needs.

The Role:

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Initial duties/responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
  • Supporting Team Trinity’s brokers with ongoing client servicing.

  • In coordination with Team Trinity’s brokers, implement mid‑term cover alterations, premium adjustments and instalments, including updating premium schedules, liaising with clients and underwriters, updating Credit Risk Solutions’ ERP (Eclipse).
  • Working with relevant Team Trinity’s members to understand and record figures (premium/brokerage) within the relevant monitoring tools/ spreadsheets.
  • Distribute information and documents to underwriters as required by the clients.

  • Liaising, with the Mumbai billing team, when required, to request invoices, ensuring they are produced accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Assist with loading of data into the relevant Willis systems including client and placement databases/platforms e.g.  DMS, Eclipse, PPL and any systems that may be introduced over time.

  • Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

  • Understand and apply Willis and Credit Risk Solutions procedures.
     

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with numbers.
  • Excellent IT skills: proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Impeccable organisational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, monitor and manage multiple tasks, and to work to deadlines using own initiative.
  • Must recognise and display a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
  • Preference for minimum A-Level or equivalent industry experience.
