Description

Business Development & Sales

 

  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert new Health & Benefits business opportunities across target client segments
  • Own and manage a portfolio of prospects, building strong relationships with key decision-makers including HR, Finance, and senior leadership

  • Lead consultative sales conversations, diagnosing client needs and positioning tailored Health & Benefits solutions, including Brokerage, Wellbeing, Global Benefits, and HR Advisory

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including value propositions, pricing approaches, and market positioning

  • Lead insurer and vendor negotiations to support competitive and differentiated client solutions

  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers, vendors, and strategic partners in the Thailand market

  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with company governance, risk, and regulatory requirements

 

RFP & Proposal Management

 

  • Lead the end-to-end management of RFPs, tenders, and competitive bids for new business opportunities

  • Shape winning strategies for RFP responses, including solution design, pricing, and commercial positioning

  • Identify, mobilize, and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, client-centric proposals

  • Oversee development of written proposals, presentations, and pitch materials, ensuring consistency, quality, and differentiation

  • Coordinate internal approval processes, including legal, compliance, and senior management sign-off

  • Support and lead client presentations, finalist meetings, and negotiations through to successful conversion

 

Pipeline, Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy

 

  • Build, maintain, and actively manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and client needs

  • Develop and maintain target prospect lists and annual sales plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to leverage WTW intellectual capital and cross-border capabilities
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion of Health & Benefits solutions across new client wins

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Health & Benefits consulting, brokerage, or business development, with a strong focus on new business acquisition

  • University degree

  • Proven track record in sales, RFP management, and converting complex opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand Health & Benefits, insurance, and vendor landscape

  • Demonstrated ability to design and sell consultative solutions rather than transactional products

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and senior-level presentations
  • Sound understanding of regulatory, compliance, and local legislative requirements

  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a growth-focused environment

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with flexibility to manage complex and evolving client needs

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in English
