The Role

We are recruiting an operations analyst reporting to Operations H&B Spain who will be responsible for:

  • Leading/supporting different global/local projects from definition to implementation, ensuring their completion, offering solutions to to mitigate risks. Project Documentation
  • Developing  Power BI dashboards for business monitoring and insights.
  • Supporting users and monitor the use of the global platform. Data quality review and controls, monitor database updates, reports extraction, case management, workflow and case management design and controls. Delivering tests.
  • Identification and development automation opportunities.
  • Development of SQL queries to get relevant data from databases and automatically feed reports.
  • Process automation and process analysis for business improvement. Incorporating process redesigns, metrics, monitoring dashboards, automated flows. 

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Data science, data analytics, business intelligence. Interests in AI oriented to process transformation, process automation and business development.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, Excel, PwP, Power BI, Office 365 environment (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Fluent C1/C2 English and Spanish.
  • Project Management background,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork oriented, positive and encouraging attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize task, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
