Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining direct contact with clients and network partners in Sweden and abroad to resolve issues and inquiries
• Participating in selected client meetings and preparing relevant materials
• Following the entire business process and working both proactively and administratively
You will independently handle the placement of certain insurance solutions with various insurers, provide instructions to Willis Towers Watson’s global network, support the Client Executive in cross selling and new business activities, and communicate and share knowledge both internally and externally.

Personal Qualities and Experience
To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience within the insurance sector, where work with international insurance and/or risk advisory is considered an advantage. You should also have a university degree and/or relevant insurance education (e.g., IFU) or equivalent competence.
This role requires registration as an insurance intermediary. If you are not already registered, we will ensure that you can complete the necessary training and obtain the license.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional language skills are a plus. As a person, you are structured, independent, solution oriented and comfortable handling administrative processes. You should also be confident communicating with stakeholders at various levels and in different contexts.
Your engagement and proactive approach will make a difference.
