Description
The Role
Proactively and Independently arrange efficient administrative tasks, consult Line Manager in operation creation and excellence management.
Support sale/broking managers in processing sales and broking
Participate in sale administrative areas and the broking process: gathering data, prepare quotations, comparisions workwheets, reports, confirmation of cover, insurance contracts, endorsements, payment, filling, etc
Negotiate best renewal terms, quotations and mid-term cover alterations for assigned accounts. Answer enquiries, consult with and advise clients on risk exposures, coverages and contract issues for assigned accounts ensuring quality of client service and effective handling of clients’ needs
Assists in resolving client, insurer and/or stakeholders issues.
Ensure sales process in compliance with the Sales and Client Management plan of WTW
Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to assigned clients, with Accounting Department in premium collection and with Operation for data and sale reports.

Qualifications
The Requirements
University degree
At least 3 years experience in insurance with broker or insurer
Having good level of general knowledge on insurance, market and products
Passion for and compressive understanding of the client and insurance industry
Able to deliver presentation and having negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
Results driven, client-oriented, innovative
Hard working, proactive and flexible in their approach to business
Computer Literate including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent in both English & Vietnamese
