Description

We’re looking for a high-impact Client Solutions Director (CSD) to accelerate new business growth across WTW’s Commercial Risk & Broking (CRB) business. If you thrive on winning new clients, building trusted relationships, and bringing together the right expertise to solve complex challenges, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

The Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development
    •    Own and deliver against a personal new business sales target through strategic prospecting and relationship development
    •    Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients
    •    Take full accountability for the end-to-end sales process, leveraging subject matter experts where required
  • Client Relationship Management
    •    Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
    •    Position WTW as a strategic advisor, delivering value-led solutions
    •    Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, measured through Client First feedback and Net Promoter Scores
  • Sales Planning & Execution
    •    Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive individual sales plan
    •    Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
    •    Lead and coordinate bid strategies, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Collaboration & Cross-Selling
    •    Collaborate proactively with all CRB Lines of Business (LOBs) to deliver integrated client solutions
    •    Drive cross-sell and referral opportunities across the business
    •    Champion CRB’s value proposition and support competitor differentiation initiatives
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting
    •    Ensure 100% compliance with CRM (D365) pipeline management and reporting requirements
    •    Maintain accurate and timely tracking of all opportunities and sales activities
  • Market Presence & Strategy
    •    Build a strong market presence and represent WTW externally
    •    Develop and maintain key market relationships
    •    Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market dynamics
    •    Contribute to strategies that drive profitable revenue growth
  • Strategic Collaboration
    •    Work closely with LOB leaders, Placement Specialists, and Client Management teams
    •    Foster seamless internal collaboration to deliver optimal client outcomes
     

 

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales leadership

  • A self-starter mindset with strong strategic prospecting and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably D365) for pipeline management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and pursuit plans
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-selling skills across complex organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Relevant industry expertise within commercial risk or related sectors
  • Strong organisational and resource management capabilities
