About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Associate Manager – Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and managing key customer accounts to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships. If you're proactive, results-oriented, and excited to make a measurable impact, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify and research potential growth opportunities, craft compelling proposals, negotiate and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Leverage business tools and systems, including CRM, to track and manage client interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement effective growth and retention strategies.
- Utilize sales data analysis to inform and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, and sales materials as needed to support initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects within timelines and deliverables.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional engagement and service.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, company policies, and operational excellence throughout the sales and delivery process.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development or related sales role (experience in insurance sales is a strong advantage).
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue and growing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
