Description

Develop Credit Risk Solutions line of business for Chile and the Southern Cluster, including structuration, development, implementation and management of the growth strategy, with dedicated level of service for both GLoBs across Argentina, Chile and Perú.        

The Role

  • Implementation of the growth strategy and day to day business development of Credit Risk Solutions lines of businesses across the Cluster.
  • Work with the RLoBs on the definition of the service proposal for prospect clients.
  • Collaborate with client service team on identify and win cross-sell opportunities.
  • Navigate trought WTW network to support and solve BAU requests. Scalate to RLoBs when needed.
  • Be the primary PoC for new and existing international surety and/or FS accounts flowing into and out Southern Cluster.
  • Participate on internal planning meetings, lead the pipeline for Credit Risk Solutions  and deliver growth efforts.
  • Develop senior relationship with strategic insurance markets, lead the placement process for the LoBs and be the second pair of eyes from start to end.
  • Negotiate competitive terms and conditions for clients with high level of service.
  • Accountability and management of the plan, meeting the KPIs and operational margins for both LoBs.
  • Participate and take leadership roles in target communities and professional associations

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Fluent on Spanish & English
  • +5 years of Surety and Trade Credit experience. International clients exposure (desirable)
  • +3 years of proven experience working as business developer or similar role. 
  • Track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies and well known reputation
  • Ability to work in a client-centric and influential manner according to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Power BI
