With 48,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, we help organizations make forward-thinking choices about their people, their investments and the risks they face. Joining our Global Finance Services team, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start.

In Global Finance Services, we manage clients through Collections and Contract-to-Cash processes. Using the power of Oracle, we deliver exceptional service and support to over 30 countries worldwide – seeking to continuously improve and enhance the overall client experience. We work collaboratively to develop new business opportunities, too. On our four-to-six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Joining us for four-to-six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will work in one of the following two teams.

Billing

In this area, you will be responsible in processing and reviewing project invoices and credit notes received from NAM, EMEA and APAC offices in accordance with the agreed performance metrics. You will also support ad hoc tasks and other deliverables in a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Project Maintenance

In this area, you will support the Billing team and ensure the smooth operation of our projects and customer interactions. This will see you:

  • Setting up new customer and project codes.
  • Processing customer and project-related changes and requests.
  • Accommodating inquiries from our NAM, EMEA, and APAC customers and stakeholders.

Whichever team you join, you’ll learn every day through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

This internship is the perfect way to understand what we do and how closely our offering matches your career ambitions. It also presents an excellent opportunity for learning and potential full-time employment with us.
