In Business/Geography Sales Operations, we connect colleagues across WTW to optimize sales productivity across geographies. Specializing in lead generation, digital marketing, sales support and program management, we enable WTW to respond rapidly to colleagues’ critical sales needs. 

 

You’ll join the Digital Marketing team that supports WTW’s Health, Wealth and Career segment by setting up, implementing, managing and reporting on a wide range of digital channels. From email and web to virtual events, we ensure a seamless digital experience that helps us drive awareness and connect with potential clients. On our four to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience this work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

As a Sales Operations intern, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

  • Support various projects focused on process improvement, documentation, and internal communication
  • Assist in organizing workflows, updating materials, and helping streamline team practices
  • Get opportunities to learn about the different businesses, engage with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements: 

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:

  • In your penultimate or final year of university
  • Studying for a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Operations or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize information clearly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Strong interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) or automation to improve productivity, streamline tasks, or enhance communication

While not essential, familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, or task trackers, would also be advantageous.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
