Description
El Rol
- Atención inmediata a los clientes en cuanto a la compra de un Seguro de auto.
- Cotizar, gestionar documentos y solicitudes.
- Completar proceso de emisión de pólizas, gestionar primer pago, envío de documentos al cliente, coordinar mensajería y envío de expedientes a las compañías de seguros.
- Identificar mejoras en el proceso y agregar valor al mismo.
- Cumplir con los objetivos y metas establecidos.
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
- Estudios universitarios culminados o en curso.
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en seguros de auto e incendio
- Experiencia en ventas de seguros
- Conocimiento del idioma inglés intermedio (deseable)
- Conocimiento en Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Habilidades excepcionales de trato con el cliente; habilidad para desarrollar relaciones de trabajo rápidamente y maximizar recursos eficientemente para el logro de objetivos.
