WTW’s Global Risk & Broking Division is seeking an Executive Assistant generalist to support our Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business.  This role primarily supports a wide range of administrative duties for a team of junior- to- mid-level professionals (your clients).

This fast-paced, remote position offers significant visibility, acting as the central hub for your clients’ diverse internal needs.

 

The Role

  • Deliver superior administrative and operational support to a team of junior-to-mid level professionals in the Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business, a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

  • Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including monitoring itinerary changes and ensuring timely submission of expense reports.

 

  • Assist with data hygiene activities associated with sales opportunities. 

 

  • Act as a trusted liaison, working closely with your client team members to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately.

 

  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.

 

  • Support the formatting and refinement of client deliverables, contracts, and other written communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality throughout.

 

  • Ensure compliance with company information security and data privacy policies when managing files and sensitive data.

 

  • Work on ad hoc projects and deliver to goal as requested. 

 

  • This position supports 10-15 professionals. 

 

 

Qualifications

 

The Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in workplace operations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting junior-to-mid level professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics and Oracle preferred.
  • Quick learner with a technology-first mindset.
  • Available to work Eastern Time Zone hours, flex across time zones and work overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation 

 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000.00-$70,000.00 USD annually.
