Description

The Role

  • Support the execution of Benefit Plan Administration on behalf of onshore team in the Asia Pacific region, following agreed processes, tools and templates.

  • Core delivery will include:

    1. Administrative onboarding of new clients and assistance to enrolment processes ensuring data is updated

    2. Process, project and transaction management

    3. Support policy renewal activities

    4. Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data

    5. Follow up with clients or vendors on required documents to complete or facilitate enrolment

    6. Reconciliation of data from Insurer, Vendor and Client. This means data reconciliation between insurers or vendors, clients, and WTW, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include validating and cleaning benefits enrolment and eligibility data, reconciling information from multiple sources, and ensuring the correctness of carrier/vendor listing. Demonstrate ability to manage complex data processes and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

    7.   Liaise with internal processing teams to validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data and ensure correctness of carrier/vendor invoice

    8. Follow regulatory procedure as defined by originating country 

 

In addition to this, you will:

  • Attend training, meetings and/other educational events to increase understanding of trends, regulations and developments in the market

  • Develop an awareness of the insurance carrier and vendor marketplace 

  • Understand and effectively articulate carrier / vendor specific strengths and weaknesses 

  • Receive training from experienced consultants and assist to review client needs 

  • Comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements 

  • Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business) or 

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues

  • Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate

Technical Skills and Experience

 

  • Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills

  • Experience with data entry, validation and manipulation 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience working as a data analyst with good acumen to numbers and understanding of data

  • Experience in reconciling data between insurers, vendors, clients, and brokers with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
