In this senior leadership role, you will act as a business leader with a strong commercial mindset, driving the growth of WTW’s and Work & Rewards practice in Indonesia. You will work across integrated human capital areas, including organization development, talent management, performance management, and strategic rewards, to deliver high-impact solutions for our clients and build a market-leading consulting business.

 

The Role

  • Conduct marketplace assessments to identify commercial opportunities and create a compelling, strategic vision to grow the Human Capital consulting business in Indonesia
  • Work closely with the Regional Director and Line of Business Leaders across practices to develop and execute the annual business plan.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, setting clear objectives and achieving performance targets for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives for the Human Capital practice in collaboration with other practice areas.
  • Generate, develop, and secure profitable new business opportunities at senior management and executive levels.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on complex client challenges, offering innovative and practical solutions.
  • Attract, mentor, and retain top-performing consultants, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Human Capital leader; consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships at senior management levels.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering annual business plans and financial budgets that drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to build networks and establish credibility with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Deep expertise in addressing complex client business issues and providing actionable solutions.
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate a client-focused, employer-of-choice culture.
  • Experience in attracting, leading, and developing high-performing consulting teams.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and decisive, with a commitment to integrity and delivering exceptional results.
