Job Description – Temporary Role (MexicoCity)

Role Summary

This temporary role is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR services support for colleagues and managers in a high-volume, process-driven HR environment. Based in Mexico City, the role acts as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring efficient execution of standardized processes, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company HR policies and regulatory requirements in LATAM.

The role supports the broader HR Service Delivery team and collaborates closely with Tier 2 specialists and regional HRS team to ensure seamless case resolution and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Técnico Superior, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in a multinational or service center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English preferred.
  • Experience using HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow).

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services Centers.
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition operations.
