Description
Provides timely and accurate clerical and information management assistance to Program Managers and their teams.
Enters and verifies information regarding contractor enrolment, creates certificates of insurance, distributes enrolment packages, verifies insurance credits, tracks payroll and certificates of insurance for the contractor’s primary policies, checks and distributes insurance policies, and processes close outs.Prepares and sends timely notification to Client Manager for Renewal of Insurance Certificates.
Maintains insurance information for accounts including compiling, calculating and coding data.
Provides customer service assistance to assist Program Manager and servicing team in Dallas.
Processes information and performs follow-up on missing information or documentation in the contractor enrolment process.
Processes information for the issuance of certificates of insurance.
Tracks, monitors and enters contractor monthly/annual payroll information.
Delivers as per defined KPI's for the role – Maintain Quality and Turnaround standards.
Follows SOPs, Client / Carrier specifications and adheres to all statutory requirements.
Ensures any feedback (including escalation/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager instantly.
Provides timely and effective responses to all queries, requests, corrections, etc. received from host / Program Manager in centralized mailbox / WTW Compas.
Participates and contributes in potential process improvement areas.
Knowledge
Good understanding of Insurance Principles.
Good understanding and knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic individuals.
Analytical skills.
Logical thinking skillset is a must.
Ability to learn new processes and systems, also should have the ability to adapt to changes.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, work within stiff timelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
