We are a global investment consulting practice providing advice to clients regarding their investment and decision-making processes and also executing investment decisions on their behalf through delegated investment services. The Role
You will be part of a collaborative team, working alongside consultants, researchers, reporting and operational staff and portfolio managers.
As an Investment Analyst in the Client Consulting team, you will support a number of client teams that manage client relationships, offering investment advice and innovative solutions. Some of the client projects you will complete include investment strategy and structure review, formulating investment policy, portfolio construction, portfolio and investment manager performance evaluation, investment manager monitoring, investment manager replacement and selection, investment fee monitoring and preparation of materials for client meetings.
You will have opportunities to attend client meetings and, over time, present on assigned topics. There are also opportunities to contribute to developing our intellectual capital and other Investment business initiatives.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of in-office presence of at least 2-3 days each week (in our Chicago, New York, Pittsburgh or Atlanta office).

Qualifications
The Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with 0-3 years of experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A desire to learn and general interest in financial markets
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proactive team player, able to build and maintain relationships across a wide network of colleagues
- Good listener, and ability to analyse complex information to form an opinion or recommendation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
- Knowledge of and comfort using computer software including spreadsheet and presentation tools
- Ability to work with increasing independence and accountability and manage time and projects
- Consistently deliver accurate, high quality work while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing client needs
- Growth mindset, demonstrating continuous improvement in technical knowledge, efficiency and professional judgement
Successful applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive CFA exam study program, including:

Analysts joining the Investment business are expected to study for CFA level 1, providing robust technical investment grounding. Analysts will be supported to complete all CFA levels if they choose to do so.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
