Join WTW as a Junior Reinsurance Policy Administrator and build your career at the heart of the global insurance industry. In this role, you’ll support the administration of reinsurance policies, working closely with experienced professionals across underwriting, finance, and operations. The Role

  •  Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing reinsurance policy documentation (treaties and facultative contracts) 

  •  Maintain accurate policy records and ensure all data is entered correctly into internal systems 

  •  Support senior administrators with endorsements, renewals, and policy amendments 

  •  Monitor policy timelines, including inception, renewal, and expiry dates 

  •  Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to ensure consistency of policy information 

  • Verify premium calculations, terms, and conditions for accuracy and completeness 

  • Follow up on outstanding reinsurance premiums and ensure timely collection and settlement with brokers and reinsurers.

  • Handle routine correspondence with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders 

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements 

  • Organize and archive documentation for audit and reporting purposes 

  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or data issues in policy records

Qualifications

 

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field 

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or an administrative/operations role 

  • Basic understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles (e.g., policies, premiums, endorsements) 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation 

  •  Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks 

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word 

  •  Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) 

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the reinsurance field 

  •  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
