Key Responsibilities:

Global Client Growth & Business Development

Develop and execute a global client growth strategy for the Power & Renewable Energy sector across both construction and operational phases.
Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities across the full insurance and risk management spectrum.
Establish and maintain senior executive relationships with key industry stakeholders, including:
- Utility companies
- Independent Power Producers (IPPs)
- Renewable energy developers
- Infrastructure and investment funds
- OEMs and technology providers
- Energy transition stakeholders
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across global markets.
Drive revenue growth and market share expansion without geographical revenue constraints, focusing on the overall growth of Willis' global franchise.

Strategic Client Leadership

Act as Strategic Client Director for selected global priority clients.
Lead the development and execution of coordinated global client strategies for large and complex multinational clients.
Ensure clients benefit from the full breadth of Willis capabilities across all lines of insurance, advisory services, and risk solutions.
Create and implement executive engagement plans that strengthen long-term strategic relationships.

Market Leadership & Sector Proposition

Develop a differentiated Willis value proposition for the Power & Renewable Energy sector.
Position Willis as the premier risk advisor supporting the global energy transition.
Identify emerging industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities to drive innovative solutions.
Champion thought leadership initiatives that enhance the firm's profile within the sector.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver sector-specific solutions and capabilities.

Leadership & Talent Development

Partner with the Global Power & Renewable Energy Leader to develop and execute the long-term global growth strategy.
Identify strategic talent requirements and support recruitment efforts to strengthen Willis' capabilities across priority markets.
Help build a market-leading global team capable of servicing complex multinational energy clients.
