The Role

As a Pension Administrator, you will to be responsible for the end-to-end administration of pension funds. This includes recurring administrative processes such as data management, preparation of member communications, and collaboration with teams across different countries.

 

You will contribute to the company’s success by performing the following key activities:

• Collaborate within the team on standardized and recurring tasks and processes

• Process pension-related business transactions, including:

     o New Affiliations

     o Data uploads, updates, and changes

     o Calculations of Contributions

     o Preparation and execution of payments

     o Processing of leavers and and retirements

     o Preparation of files and documentation for consultants, insurances,and external clients

• Ensure accurate documentation of all completed process steps

• Actively identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization

• Use WTW administration tools and Microsoft Office applications effectively to deliver efficient, high-quality client service 

 

Qualifications

You are the candidate we are looking for if you have:

• A high school diploma or academic degree

• Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a strong advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a crossborder team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive and can-do mindset

• Comfortable working in a service-oriented environment and experience in a service center model is a plus

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
