Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support direct and indirect sales campaigns and requests from regional/business offices.
  • Participate in campaign discussions and contribute to implementation.
  • Conduct data research and validation as per stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain and update records and databases in prescribed formats.
  • Initiate and provide communication support to consultants (e.g., appointment setting, surveys, telesales).
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers, recording activity in tracking systems.
  • Perform follow-ups via chat, email or calls within scheduled timelines.
  • Create and update progress and final reports for stakeholders.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Performance Objectives

  • Excellence: Support operational governance and decision-making, demonstrating company values.
  • People: Build collaborative relationships across the practice; meet attendance and productivity standards.
  • Clients: Ensure completion of sales and support campaigns across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Financial: Work towards achieving sales revenue targets and campaign objectives within recommended timelines.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing, sales support or business development.
  • Experience in voice, email, or chat processes, specializing in sales or back-office support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Macros.
  • Familiarity with sales and prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
  • Strong time management and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, able to multitask, analyze data, and manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility in a hybrid set-up, with work shift varying between European and American time zones depending on assignments
