Description
Senior Analyst – Operations to support operational delivery within our Health & Benefits business. This role focuses on executing day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality operational support across enrollment, administration, ongoing client servicing, and special activities in line with agreed SLAs.
Execute daily operational tasks accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service standards.
Support the identification and resolution of operational issues, escalating complex cases when required.
Prepare and maintain operational and utilization reports with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation, and consistency.
Follow standardized operating procedures aligned with regional and global operating models.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, risk management standards, and data privacy requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical enhancements.
Support operational changes related to systems updates, process changes, or regulatory requirements.
Leverage operational tools and systems to maintain performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Brokers, Compliance, and other Corporate Functions to support service delivery.
Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 03 years of experience in operations within Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Financial Services.
Good understanding of operational processes, service delivery models, and basic regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, validation, and reporting.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Clear and professional communication skills in a business services setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with operational systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
