We help companies define peer groups, benchmark and price jobs and create enterprise-wide compensation structures. We advise on organizational structure and design and implement job family architecture and job leveling methodologies, factoring in links to competencies and other talent management programs.
Our proprietary approach to job architecture and leveling helps clients create a framework that embeds a consistent and efficient reward strategy across the organization, while also clarifying roles and responsibilities to ensure that every employee knows how he or she contributes to key business goals.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5-7 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role). The experience with financial industry especially bank and securities industry or telecom industry is preferred.
•Strong market knowledge and established local network
•Skilled at establishing credibility with management teams or boards and in discussing complex client business issues and potential solutions
•Expertise in either Reward, Talent Management or Communication and Change Management
•Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives
•Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
•Proven project management skills
•Proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals.
•Self driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
•Strong presentation skills
•Good command of both written and oral English and Mandarin
