Description

•    Manage and grow a portfolio of cyber insurance accounts in Singapore, across mid market and large corporate clients.
•    Advise clients on cyber insurance structures, coverage options, market trends, and emerging cyber risks.
•    Lead placement activities, including submission drafting, marketing to insurers, and negotiation of terms, pricing, and coverage.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional cyber underwriters.
•    Support clients through the full policy lifecycle—including renewals, endorsements, benchmarking, and policy reviews etc.
•    Coordinate with internal teams (Risk & Analytics, Cyber Consulting and different Line of Businesses) to deliver integrated solutions and drive cross sell opportunities. 
•    Be confident delivering high-quality client presentations and proposals.
•    Build and manage a new business Cyber pipeline
•    Strategy and planning: facilitate collaborative processes, ensuring well-articulated and prioritized set of medium and long-term goals in delivery of Cyber proposition and strategy for Singapore and Asia more broadly. 
•    Create visibility by running regular Cyber marketing initiatives, including thought leadership

Qualifications

Requirements:

•   Preferably educated to a Bachelor’s degree or suitable equivalent
•   Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent
•   Relevant industry experience within Cyber and Technology risk; experience in Financial Lines also accepted
•   Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

•    Proven track record of delivering new business against sales targets
•    Proven track record of delivering a high-level client service
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence within a matrix environment
•    Strong organizational and workstream management skills
•    Strong facilitation skills with the ability to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
•    Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•    Ability to act as an ambassador for FINEX, Cyber Line of Business and WTW
