Description
As a Global Client Advocate and Strategic Client Engagement Leader within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), you will be responsible for driving new business development through proactive prospecting, generating expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and contributing to the overall financial performance of CRB NA. This includes managing and retaining a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients, deploying resources efficiently to ensure profitability, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including risk buyers.
This role is focused on a portfolio of assigned large and/or complex clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include account planning, pricing strategy, client profitability, and delivering exceptional service as the primary point of contact within CRB.
Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally—working with the Head of Client Service on performance metrics (KPIs), turnaround times, quality standards, adoption metrics, and compliance requirements. You will also partner closely with leaders across Industry, Placement, Risk & Analytics, and Geography to support and advance our Specialization Strategy.
Major Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth from the assigned portfolio of clients and prospects
Achieve target revenues in the following areas:
Maintain and grow a core book of revenue from existing clients
Achieve revenue growth focused in the Fortune 1000 by creating effective sales strategies to new clients or upselling to current clients
Maintain an active pipeline of new clients with short- and long-term revenue opportunities
Coordinate cross-selling efforts with our Health, Wealth and Career clients, especially in the F1000
Lead the RFP process for new and expanded opportunities
Coordinate activities from across WTW to ensure excellence in the client experience
Drive pricing of services and appropriate allocation
Strong client retention
Ensure all clients have an Independent Client Service review at least every two years
Serve as the primary ‘portal’ to WTW for the client, bringing the right subject matter experts & resources to the opportunity to work collaboratively with the client in that space
Build deep client relationships and manage the totality of the client relationship to meet Client KPIs and deliver excellence in the client experience

Develop and use a deep understanding of WTW’s capabilities and expertise across the company
Build diverse and inclusive teams through strategic internal and external talent identification and recruitment

Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors:
15+ years of experience managing highly complex global accounts
Must hold all regulatory licenses, certifications, or other requirements applicable under local/national legislation.
Must be availability to travel on an as needed basis
Prior experience working with C-Suite level required
Industry focus specialization a plus
Sales experience a definite plus

Insurance industry designations preferred but not required (CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRIS, CRM)
