Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional to join the Global Talent Development team, based in Manila, to support the delivery of technical and systems training to colleagues in all global locations. This role will report into one of the Training Leads in the UK but will be based in Manila working with colleagues in the Global NNA Outsourcing team in Manila, Mumbai, and the UK. 

 

The Role

Performance objectives:

Excellence
•    Develop, Update and Deliver a wide variety of learning solutions
•    Work with other members of the Talent Development Team in all Global locations, to achieve this
•    Assist in moving our Technical and Systems training from a mainly trainer led environment to a learner centric design
•    Implement informal learning opportunities and formal assessments using an array of media channels including social media
•    Keep abreast of industry changes and maintain a current Technical and Systems knowledge
•    Be an advocate for personal development and encourage a learning culture throughout the business through continuous and post training support 
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and implement changes when required

Clients
•    Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the Technical and Systems learning and development programme continues to be fit for purpose
•    Encourage sharing of thought leadership and expertise through knowledge management tools and other relevant channels such as webinars
•    Understand and train on industry specific terminology and processes
•    Work with the business development team to support new business pitches and new client installations as needed
•    Where required deliver induction and technical training sessions to all Global locations

People
•    Conduct regular learning needs analysis across all areas of Outsourcing NNA, and use to upskill the knowledge of new and existing colleagues
•    Maintain regular communication with the business and manage expectations where necessary
•    Design and give access to self-directed resources and knowledge sharing using techniques which engage the different learning styles of colleagues
•    Work with subject matter experts across the business to create and promote innovative learning solutions
•    Meet the development needs of our colleagues without compromising our values such as Excellence

 

Financial
•    Look at innovative and cost effective learning and development solutions
•    Improve the efficiency of learning and development to increase value and reduce costs
•    Review the impact and benefits of training on a regular basis, reporting as necessary
•    Work with other members of the talent development team in the Manila and all Global locations to ensure budgets are managed effectively

Qualifications

The Requirements

•    Experience of the UK pensions industry is essential
•    Current knowledge of DB & DC pension schemes and legislation
•    Working knowledge of BenefitConnectUK (iPA) is essential
•    Working knowledge of learner needs analysis
•    Experience of designing and delivering training to a varied audience is an advantage
•    Experience of authoring tools is an advantage
•    Self-motivated and able to manage projects from start to finish
•    Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the business
•    Excellent communication and organisational skills
•    Able to travel
•    Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team
•    Proficient in Microsoft applications and experience in global teams is a plus
•    Willing to work flexibly during any of the following shifts:
    Australia (6:00 to 15:00)
    Asia-Pacific (8:00 to 17:00)
    Europe (15:00 to 00:00)
•    Be in the office to deliver training in person when required
