Description

  • Manage day-to-day servicing, claims, renewals, insurer negotiations, policy administration and onboarding across the regional Trade Credit portfolio.

  • Provide dedicated account management support for large multinational and regional clients

  • Create capacity for producers and senior leadership to focus on revenue generation, while ensuring existing clients continue to receive a high standard of service and support.

  • Support Willis Asia's strategy of growing Trade Credit, multinational programs and financial institution business across APAC.

  • Addresses servicing capacity constraints within the current regional Trade Credit team.

  • Provides the infrastructure required to sustain growth while protecting client retention and service quality

  • Attend industry events and conferences in Singapore and throughout Asia

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with the Insurers across the region

  • Develop good working relationships and work closely with the main carriers in the region

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing placements, including billing, operational requirements and co-ordination with internal claims team

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level and/or Masters

  • Holds BCP & ComGI

  • Ability to work independently on a range of placements and take responsibility for key accounts

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills essential

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, oral & presentation) skills and interpersonal skills essential

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial

  • Leadership skills

  • Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of the credit insurance product suite preferred

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively 

  • Strong team player with good people skills
