Associate, ECBA, SH

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years in business strategy planning, agile organization transformation and/or change management initiatives experiences either in consulting or corporate role
• Good knowledge in organization transformation projects and HR domains, with growth mindset
• Self-motivated achiever with a value for integrity, client-focus, teamwork, respect and excellence
• Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to the challenges and changing needs from the role and work environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
• Passion to acquire, internalize and share new information and knowledge with others
