Broker

This role is within the Airline / Leasing Team of our Global Aviation & Space Business Unit,

You will work with the wider team on maintaining our current book of business and client production, involving placing risks with London and international markets, liaising with clients and engagement in tender / RFP processes. You will also be expected to collaborate with the team on business unit projects.

The Role

•    Liaise with clients and account executives/account managers to ensure smooth delivery of WTW service to clients or as appropriate, lead the WTW team on service delivery with clients
•    Deliver renewal strategy & approach to market for renewals
•    Negotiate with insurers over terms, conditions and pricing of placements as well as mid-term issues
•    Collate final paperwork for processing as soon as practicable after renewal including FMA (Market Sheets)
•    Ensure all placements are finalised in accordance with the established processes within the team
•    Develop relationships with Insurers
•    Participate on sales activity for new business: Tender preparation and participation
•    Travel as required to meet existing and/or potential new clients

•    Previous experience of airline insurance broking
•    Strong numeracy and literacy skills
