Description
We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide consulting support to our clients on various projects and ongoing client mandates. This includes aspects of insurance strategy development and enhancement, product management, industry intelligence and market trend assessments, and customer experience monitoring and solution enhancement. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience in personal insurance products inclusive of travel insurance, embedded credit card insurance, creditor insurance, personal home & auto insurance, and life and health insurance solutions. Exposure to the broader Canadian financial services industry would also be an asset.
WTW’s Affinity practice is unique in the Canadian marketplace. We focus on the development of new insurance solutions, and optimization of existing insurance solutions for Affinity program sponsors whose core business is not always insurance (e.g. banks and other financial institutions, retailers, associations, hospitality providers, automotive manufacturers, and others). Solutions are positioned to be complementary to the core services or product offerings of these Affinity organizations and the associated strategies that they employ to achieve key objectives of customer/member engagement, optimized customer experience, and revenue and business growth. Through our work, we are constantly challenging the market status quo.
The ideal candidate will be able to support client mandates both independently and as part of a team, involving multiple internal stakeholders and disciplines. This includes providing oversight of assigned areas of client projects, hands-on involvement in the delivery of individual consulting mandates, and working with various subject matter experts on the team (e.g. product and strategy consultants, research analysts, and actuarial and analytics personnel).
You will also be integrated into a broader team of Affinity consulting professionals where foundational elements of client strategy, customer engagement and operations are complemented by core analytics delivered through the actuarial component of our practice.
