Senior Associate, Retirement, Shanghai

You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, including M&A, IPOs, asset liability studies and investment consulting. • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep expertise in retirement and wealth-related businesses; candidates with experience in consulting firm client services for MNCs, trustee services for pension insurance companies, or MNC benefits management are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex project teams with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, including collaboration across virtual and cross-regional teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing large client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth or business development is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and integrative skills, with the ability to identify trends and draw logical conclusions from data.
• Self-starter mindset, eager for continuous learning, professional growth, and willing to step outside of comfort zones.
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
•  Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant progress toward FSA (retirement or investment track) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
